My “okay” calls have been few and far between..Had one, though, that was stateside and the guy I talked to was pleasant and helpful. Really enjoyed talking to him while things were getting straightened out. Enough so that I asked if there was somewhere I could send a comment by email. Got that, sent a comment and didn’t think about it until I got a call from his supervisor. He had listened to the call recording, looked up my number and called me back. Said he was posting my email at their office and wanted to know if they could use the call in their training material.
