Cow says, "You mean where everyone is offered universal loan amnesty? Sure, banks'll go under, folks will lose their savings, but we all keep what we own and then we start building a new economy that's no longer based on bubbles or speculation." Billy says, "No, we press a big red button and poof, everything is fixed, why do you always complicate everything?"
