I’m with Alice.A) Very surprised that Petey offered to take her sledding.B) Stunned that mom trusts him with anything, let alone her.C) Outraged that Petey has not taken one step toward anything resembling a slope.Winter is the best time of year. Skiing alone would suffice to make it so, but there’s more. It’s quieter and more peaceful. You can dress for the cold with more layers. In summer, there’s only so much you can take off. Summer has humidity and bugs too. In winter you can snuggle under the covers and be ever so cozy, while it is freezing outside. Cold is better sleeping weather.
