I used to make a sausage stuffing the family loved (with apples, celery and lots of herbs). Now I won’t be with any family until Dec. but I will be cooking another whole turkey breast (free range, organic, never frozen) not because of the holiday, but because I have only one serving left in the freezer. I’ll roast it with fresh herbs inside and a little butter with herbs under the skin. I toss all that skin out for birds (and hope the feral cats don’t get it). The part I hate is all the carving into slices; that’s mans work, and mine is in Chicago.

Both – but if I had to choose between the two, cornbread stuffing.

Stuffing and potatoes. I always very the stuffing recipe, but I have the best fun coming up with different cranberry sauce recipes.
