So we know that the gutters are on Pete’s list of unfinished projects… what projects are on yours?

When I start something, I finish it.

I don’t seem to remember! If I did not finish it, it was not meant to be done!

We just moved into a new house. Everything is in place except pictures on the walls. I hate doing that.

Like Ryan and Frumdebang, I still have boxes of VHS tapes (many 100s). I finished all the projects on the first floor and outside (once). Outside projects don’t last; bronze cranes that spit water in my fountain are corroded and I can’t afford to replace them ($350 ea) and garden hoses will all be replaced again (from hose bibs out, so I need a plumber for new bibs) and dripper system has been redone twice and needs a third. I’ll just keep cleaning my skimmers and doing the basics. Photo from 2009.

Prepare for the zombie apocalypse, figure out String Therory, climb Mt Everest, watch all the episodes of Tool Time, Star Trek and Dr. Who…….you know, the usual.

Sounds reminiscent of Dr. McCoy’s work on the Horta.

@ dry, from yesterday:Thanks for the good wishes. It’ll take a few months for full recovery, but really helps to have wonderful family support. Mom, husband and daughter are taking great care of me.
