Vacuum? All hardwood floors here; I just sweep. Our current vacuum (Hoover) just gets clogged with cat fur.

I do most of the housework. All she does is sit in front of the computer and play AION.

I have a Dyson. It never stops sucking……vacuuming that is.I agree 100% with beviek. That simple act of helping is also showing how much you care. That is what really gets a gals motor running.

We actually have 2 vacuum cleaners; a 1-yr-old Dyson bagless upright, which does a great job and is easy to operate, and a 35 yr-old SearsWet/Dry canister vac, which still does an excellent job cleaning, though it takes a bit of work to lug about, but it was once used to remove a frog from our family room, after he hopped inside unexpectedly from our patio! (He was unharmed, I carried the canister base out to the driveway, popped it open, tipped him out, and watched him hop away, a dustier but wiser frog.)
