Our cats eat plants, they even try to eat the plastic ones

try growing weeds in your yard. if they don’t survive is when you know you have a problem with plants.

I don’t want to say that I have a black thumb, but when plants see me coming, they depot themselves and run for their lives.

Plastic plants are getting more and more realistic.. so why would they not die.

Even plastic plants will eventually dry out but water won’t help. :)

Yeah, my mom once killed a plastic plant. We had a plant hanger on the front of our west-facing house in the low desert. My mom tried plant after plant; no matter how much she watered them, the poor things dried out, the leaves turned yellow and blew off in the next wind. So she put a plastic plant in the hanger. Yep, the leaves turned yellow and dried out and blew off in the next wind.

You’ve heard of “Green thumbs”? “Brown thumbs”? Mine is a dreaded “Black thumb” which if I do more than water, they will not only die but turn to a black goo.
