I had a similar issue with our neighbor and a soaker hose once…

Then the woman from the homeowner’s association showed up and warned him about unauthorized excavation.

A pacifist pointed out that those who bury the hatchet tend to leave a marker so they can easily dig it up later.

At least Hoarce didnt bury the hatchet in his neighbor…
