That plus a fingerprint would be good enough for me as a juror to find that Biscuits killed Rize. Premeditated or manslaughter would be a harder call. (She could claim she got angry and reckless pushed the button so Rize could not get away from Tracy, as opposed to carrying out a thought-out plan to silence a witness.)
