As criminal masterminds goBB eyes is rather slowTaking the evidence from a cop on a caseWill result in everything blowing up in your faceAnd if anyone is home during the commission of the crimeThey will be looking at doing additional timeWill they off any witnesses that they find thereOr merely leave them tied up to a chairHoneymoon will now put herself in dangerBy clinging to the truck driven by some strangerBootlegging, theft, home invasion, kidnapping and moreAre some of the charges that for them are in storeUsing her wist lizard, Honeymoon summons the copsHeaded of course by Pop Pop and PopsIn a blaze of gunfire the bad guys go downThey’ll have to learn, crime doesn’t pay in this town.A late thanks to: margueritem, BillT, neonleon59, VistaBill, morrow, Det.DD, woodworker318, Montana Lady, Mazda and marvee.
wndrwrthg has covered the likely course of events pretty fully in his Daily Verse. I do expect that the -Ball Brothers will raid Junior’s house when Honeymoon is present, though whether they will kidnap her (only to be foiled later) or whether she will evade notice and follow them (by hanging on the back of their truck) could go either way, as I see it….
I’m still not sure how BB Eyes recognized the wrist wizard as a piece of police equipment. Did the PD or Diet Smith do a press release about it? Did I miss something?
The villains to Junior’s house, plus Honeymoon’s not-too-innocent questions last week, equals me anticipating the next few strips to see if everyone here’s right on what’s happening next. It feels so GOOD to enjoy reading Dick Tracy again!

Either the planning for the sting was very poor, or it was arranged to lure BB Eyes’ gang into a trap.

Maybe they should have hired Remington Steele instead of using Jackie Steele! NOT! ‘Foul play’ does not pay unless Duck Tracy is a quack!

Do the brothers come from a big family? I’m hoping there are six more of them, if only so we can see one named Eight Ball.

Hi Aaron, I like the, “I’m dying to find out” in your last post. However, I don’t think it is nice to joke about such a GRAVE topic!
