Who could have stolen the space coupe without Diet knowing?

Ahhh, detective work! And a farewell to Charlie Tuna.

Moon Mood, as depicted in the current strip, is certainly beautiful, but she doesn’t have the crazy, unearthly eyes that Gould gave her. Anyone else have any thoughts on this?

Mornin’ all -Really like the inset shot of Moon Maid – Joe makes her a lot better looking than Chet Gould did. (We really see the resemblance with Honeymoon here.)It’s also good seeing basic detective work, checking out all the possible explanations.And we bid a fond farewell to Phishface, as he’s sent up the river.

Why would these Moon Maid sightings be a top priority? Other than vandalizing a tombstone, she’s committed no crime. Seems like a bad allocation of police resources.

why?: think of the police as a cartel. ‘Moon Maid’ is an outside competitor trying to muscle into the business.

It’s a beautiful drawing of Mysta. Wonder if Notta Chin Chillar will be brought into this story. The Chillars stole the Space Coupe once. It would be great to see her again. She was as sexy as Moon Maid!

Transition time. Tracy goes back to detective work (can’t see for sure if his arm is out of that sling finally) with Chief Patton’s directive giving him all the help he needs. We are left to ponder a while longer whether or not the mysterious vigilante-vandal really is Moon Maid Mysta and just what in fact is going on in the city.

“Every officer in the city” would be no match for our favorite female alien. Especially since she has Mjölnir now!

As I recall, the Space Coupe was used by the police force for years so that could be a long list — unless it just contains the people who went into space. In that case I think it’s a very short list. Junior’s on it but he’s not a suspect I’m sure.

Am I the only one who likes to see Tracy at Police HQ doing the legwork? At least I hope that Moon Maid is an honest, if Misguided heroine (Kinda like Captain Freedom from Hill Street)

EIGHTEEN! lol, sorry dr sid! who else besides the chin chillars stole the space coupe? maybe thats why mike was asking the reasoning behind mrs chin chillar dressing up as moon maid all those years ago…obviously the police/tracy knows that she andher husband had stolen one years ago so it would make sense that they look her up. seems like some people here are gonna get their wish to see notta fairly soon.

Good Morning Detectives!Yes, Moon Maid should be a top priority, but not simply because we all want to see more of her (though that’s a pretty good reason in itself). She’s someone believed dead and was declared dead, but now people are reporting seeing her everywhere. When was the last time the police ignored famous person sightings all over the place?

Why is Tracy not Chief by now??? He’s way over due for the position.

Like I said in a previous comment, Notta is also an engineer, and an ex – Smith Industries employee. Is it possible that, before she was fired, she did preliminary design work on “Thor’s Hammer?” Enough to come up with her own version that she could carry concealed on her person and imitate Moon Maid’s powers?

Hate to say this but I’m not a fan of bringing the Moon People back into the DT canon. I think Locher was smart to 86 them altogether. But it is neat to see the response Moon Maid is getting from DT fans. My hope is that when this story arc wraps up it’s business as usual.

Sir Arthur Conan Doyle wanted to kill off Sherlock Holmes, too…His popularity with the readers forced Doyle to bring him back.

Sometimes characters have a life of their own. I think that’s what’s happening here with Moon Maid.

….Mood Maid today, B.O. & Li’l Attitude yesterday, dope peddling the day before…..the constant switching kind of makes it hard to build up intensity in any one scenerio at the moment; it’ll be fun when it all comes together though I bet! And based on her huge popularity, maybe Mike and Joe should consider a “Moon Maid” spinoff comic, lol.

It occurred to me that Tracy and Lizz’s visit with Notta is a follow up to this strip — from way back on October 9. Not sure if anyone had remembered this.
