Today’s a time to reflect on life

And give thanks for it all

Yes even the strife

For good, bad and ugly are part of the deal

Showing appreciation shouldn’t depend

On how we might feel

All that I have, the happy and the sad

Only confirms that the rain

Falls on the good and the bad

For all of it I give Thanks to the Lord

And say Happy Thanksgiving Day

To everyone who’s on this board

Even those not in the U.S. of A!
