A tad late… Comet broke stride as he left the starting gate this morning.

No sweat, VB, better late than never, right?

OK, bets on the ‘advice’ subject:

1) “We saw Mrs. Thorndike and she told us about a recording of Abraham Lincoln and I’m wondering if it’s likely a fake”

2) “I’d like to know which is the best college to get trained in detective work”

3) “There’s this boy I like and I need some advice on dating…”

4) “What’s the most fashionable shoes to wear for detective work?”

Team Tracy; an idea. Why not have a ‘what if’ story someday where Tracy is retired, and Honey is the new head of the MCU? I’d love to see our beloved youngster fore filling her dream.

Honeymoon’s t-shirt is classic. She was, of course, born on a Space Coupe, half way between earth and the moon. Any strip with Honeymoon or a Space Coupe is tops in my book. Our young sleuth has a keen sense of fashion. What a great character.

Sounds to me as though Honeymoon (and, yeah, that is a keen tee-shirt!) has a detective-business sort of question for Pop Pop, and that in turn suggests that something is troubling to her about what she saw and/or heard at the Thorndike Mansion. (We do need some kind of an opening to get Tracy involved, or else either A) Silver and Sprocket get away and Public Domain gets his near half-mil loot, or B) Tracy doesn’t get involved until it’s a murder case with either or both of the Nitrates turning up defunct.)

I guess I’m just lost here….so Silver gets Domain $450,000 more than he expected; Silver asked for a measly $20,000 of it, and Domain is not seen objecting; I mean, why should he? And apparently that’s all the Nitrates ARE planning on taking…..so why on earth do they need to “escape”?
