The only other place it may be possible to see this much fat flesh is in a slaughter-house. Reminds me of last summer’s strip—pun intended—when we were treated to a full moon by Jerry. The horror, the horror! Y’know, “Jaws” made people afraid of the water for a generation.
I’m not so much afraid of the water as of being near Jerry when he turns around, and accidentally catching a glimpse of his thong disappearing into….well, into…. someplace I don’t want to see, think about or picture, EVER. Love that the sign on the door shows the typical Crustwood male, so they know they belong.
Hehe, the hirstute amongst us understand Jer’s plight and sympathize. BUT, his choices of clothing to deal with his furriness are something he does have THE ABILITY to control… but unfortunately he only makes poor choices. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++Thus far, I am pleased with the transition to gocomics…. I really liked the style and layout at comics.com… and the ratings as well… but I must say with the merge, that gocomics has adopted a format that has taken MANY of the options that were part of comics.com and blended them with the prior style of gocomics. It may not be a perfect synergy, but I think gocomics NOW is much better than it was prior to the merge… prior to the merge it was MUCH, MUCH harder to nagivate here than it is now.
I gotta say, Jerry is one gawd ugly “fother mucker”. Guess that’s why I like this strip so much! Always have because the REALLY REALLY scary part is, there are people out there like that! :-D
Actually I wasn’t crazy about the comics.com site. It was a real pain to post comments. I couldn’t be bothered with the like/don’t like feature or the rating system that was there before it.
Otto, I tryed the email updates and it was a total pain-filling my inbox! I’m hoping that there will be a revision where they indicate total number of comments on the “mycomics” page, so we can know when there are additional ones since we checked. Rating a strip is nice too, but I can always indicate my appreciation in my comment.

I miss the old comics.com rating system, even though today’s deserves six stars out of five. Susansunshine: I noticed that male silhouette as well.

And I miss getting e-mail updates. I can’t keep coming back here to see the latest response.

I’m glad I don’t have their vantage point. That’s something I don’t want to see.

Thanks Grog. I took that for a pair of glasses at first. I miss the rating system too.

It looks like Saddam Hussein in the middle, with Karl Rove on the right! Who’s the guy on the left?

Comics.com is sadly missed. The black and white preview instead of color is dumb, for instance…

It would of been nice is the bra was on Jerry than we would of been spared Ditto on the comics.com

Please God, don’t let Jerry “gallop” to the pool. Innocence everywhere will be lost.
