I don’t recall ever seeing this view of the kitchen. Speaking of view, eeeew!! Pre-sifted flour? Tang! Hmm, do it yourself cookbook? Why else would you need one?
I can’t read Joy’s recipe. And we all know that nothing but a good pipe connection will solve their problem. On the counter I spy sugar and Tang (expected with the Pennys) but flour? Never saw Joy make anything that uses flour.
How many of you have Tang jars (the decorative ones) I don’t see mine online but I used to have this Got to squeeze my lime, but I’ll take a photo of the 2 pretty ones I still use.
OK, I misplaced one the last time I washed it; this one has hulled sunflower seeds, My stovetop normally just has that teakettle (on a back burner- unused) Kosher salt in dish and Potassium salt, and my spice mix (in another re-used bottle).
None of those tapes is any good with plumbing. If he installs new fittings a bit of Teflon tape sometimes gets a tighter seal – but I would rather hire a plumber now-a-days. My days of trying to do EVERY home repair myself are . . . limited.
And I found the other jar down by my birdfood. Another jar had some nuts go “off” so now I’m emptying it for the birds.
I can’t believe that Joy Penny and I are the only ones with Tang (or the jars) – come on!
Did you guys hear? The west side of Crustwood is without water and they can’t figure out what happened! Somebody should call City Hall and drop a hint!
I like the olive green simulated ceramic tile linoleum, it is so 60’s retro looking. And I see Joy has a single bowl sink, I suppose that is adequate for preparing carry in and rinsing the disposable dinnerware.
Tell me, how do you like that No Salt stuff? I have started using it to try and lower my BP naturally, it’s not that high, in the old days, it would have been normal. And I did use a lot of salt on my green onions, cukes, corn on cob, garden tomatoes, radishes, etc. I find the texture is still there, but the taste, well, it’s ok, but not quite the same. But I’m trying.
Thanks for the tip DAZZ on the citrus zest. I have also been sprinkling Apple Cider Vinegar on some things as well. I do miss my sea salt, and I cheat once in awhile! LOL! Like today, I used about a quarter teaspoon on a small cuke. Then I read the sodium content! Oh well, once in awhile should be okay, shouldn’t it? LOL!
I also miss my Stouffers Cheddar Baked Potatoes comfort food at night. I would have that once in a while. So if I am really craving it, I don’t eat anything with sodium that day, and have the side dish before bedtime. It does help me sleep better. And they are SO GOOD!

Yea he’s one to talk isn’t he? Does she know what electricians tape is? maybe he should try duct tape.or elmers glue may work.

A new set of plastic drain pipes is less than a roll of UL approved electrical tape and will never need more repairs.

At least Dale doesn’t show his plumber’s butt when he’s cutting his hair.
