Strange…Cabin #22 with phone #23?Or are the Penneys just lost?

It seems fitting that they are visiting Mammoth Caves, seeing as they are mammoth themselves. And by all means get away to another part of the country so you can eat at a different McDonalds!

As soon as they get their parking assignment, be sure to mention to the valet, Kookie, that they have a single daughter.

Patty needs their number in case she just can’t wait to talk to Mommy?

Right.She hardly ever calls them at home.So she probably wouldn’t realise they were gone for a few days, if Joy hadn’t told her.

And X … I think they’re in Cabin 23. For all the careful precision of Joy’s directions to Patty, she’s got it wrong.

Also, the number Patty already wrote down is probably the resort’s phone number, followed by “pound cabin number at the tone.”e.g. “Ash Tree Lodge, (270) A-S-H T-R-E-E #23” Whaddya wanna bet their parking space number is …. wait for it….TWENTY THREE!

Mikie… well, he would be more of a regular kind of fellow than that college guy she dates….…the one who didn’t even know which came first, The Greatest Race or The Biggest Loser.

I just like that Julie drew them in a cheap motel with all the normal trappings (including pedestal table) but still managed a “to-do” list ;-)

I wonder what the real guests registered in room 23 will do when they get to the room and find the Penny’s doing the nasty. What a sight that would be.

Wonder if they requested a room with a view. I like their view.
