No dollar, no dime, no ounce of ice cream, or free sample of cheese… no extra barbecue sauce, no buttercream rose on the birthday cake…shall ever ever ever go to someone else if the Pennys are in line for it.

My subdivision was built just 3 years before I purchased the house in ‘98, so the houses on these 3 streets have only about 4 different variants and only a few (such as mine)are 2-story (some of those are mirror image). Dealing with the construction trades in my past made me know to chose it mainly for overall room layout because I can change just about everything else. I revised most finishes and lighting outdoors and 1st floor.
May or not ever revise bedrooms to my original plan now that I’m retired (it works for me). AND the neighbors have all revised the exterior colors from 2 or 3 almost identical beige shades. The house next to mine went a lemon yellow and mine to a very rosey beige (that I can call pink) but it’s actually a naturally occurring shade in the flagstone patios I added out back.

“Mass industrial " here means it can be built “CHEAP” but sold for an outrageous amount.
