Poor Timmy, when he asks valid questions, he always gets dumb answers from the adults he’s with. They’ve also “corrected” him when he says something which is a fact.

NYS has the distinction of suspending licenses after 2 speed zone tickets. I do not know the arduous & expensive procedures in recovering them, if @ all.
