Unfortunately, Burl’s doom will be to live to see recorded video monitoring at the storage company, and he will be seen running his experiments setting up his “accident.” His plan B is to spend the day riding buses on his free senior pass and trying to distract the driver so he can be on board in a crash.
Burl plans on living off of his social insecurity….
He’d be better off if he had an accident in a store where employees leave empty boxes scattered for people to trip over while shopping.
Fortunately my retirement is with the Teachers Retirement plan in Texas. They have done really well with their investments. I actually drew out $3,000.00 after 5.5 years when I changed to a non-state job. When I returned to state employment, I bought it back costing $10,000.00 and got credit for 6 years. Not only that but it increased my vacation accrual.
I had an unavoidable accident in a privately owned business where a hole was deliberately hidden, and I had already scanned the floor, just in case. I ended up with a broken bone, and that was followed up by major surgery in another part of my body. I will never be the same, and my activity level has been forced to drop, meaning I might die sooner. Trust me, it’s not going to be enough to be either a retirement plan or a comfort to me in my old age. I would give the payout all back with interest to have never walked in that building. And maybe extra, just because.

Was just about to give up, then suddenly, out of nowhere, there it appeared! It was like a miracle! But ol’ Houndhollerer is correct, the ¢ is there,

He will sue his employer for his chronically sprained ass from sitting on the uncomfortable chairs negligently furnished by them.
