Amazing. For once I agree with that dullard of a driver behind the wheel. In the area where I used to live, it has been perfectly legal to complete a right turn there on a red light since 1976. Yet back there, you will almost always try to make a right turn and yet be stuck behind some inconsiderate person that is absolutely clueless about a law that has been in place for 45 years, and sits there and holds up a dozen or so cars behind them. On trips to Chicago in recent years, I have actually seen cars make contact and bump the bumper of drivers in front of them who don’t make those right turns. Yes, that’s chutzpah. Yes, that could get you in trouble. But for once, the big oaf is right. Blocking everyone else behind them is flat out rude. MOVE IT!!!!!!

Maybe the car ahead of you needs to turn into the business just beyond the corner. Maybe it is highest traffic time of day, and drivers arent going to double the length of the other lane to stay out of your way.
