Well, i wanted to see it until it was described as :betrayal with lost of sex and blood. And a lot and I do mean a loooot of those. Yuk! Give Downton Abbey anytime
I have no idea what G of T is either. I haven’t seen commercials for it since I don’t have cable or satellite. From the comments so far, it seems as if I am in good company.
Although the internet memes are phunnie, after reading them, I have no desire to get involved in a program that will probably kill off every character that would interest me.My son is a big fan though.
I’ve read of what you speak about. No I am with many others and have not seen nor care to see,any movies/TV/streaming. I am still pissed with the RIAA and DOMA rules. If i buy it i want to be able to use any of my digital decoders to view my product. F#%&’em,they do not need my money. Peace. :)
I’m with the rest of you. Never seen it and no desire whatsoever to do so. The closest I have come was a clip or two on last summer’s “Wil Wheaton Project” on SiFi. That was bad enough.
I do have DIRECT TV. About 90% of my watching is baseball or football games. Do like some of the older stuff on TVLAND but they are getting ‘crappy’ with their new stuff. Well at least the commercials look crappy…… I haven’t actually watched any of them. AHC has some pretty informative stuff on it sometimes too. Other than that there’s very little worth watching (for me anyway) and that is the truth.
I refuse to watch or read anything where there will be constant death. I majored in history, I know power struggles were more than heck on earth especially to the poor peasants who were overrun by encroaching, retreating, and new encroaching armies, rinse and repeat. And they were pretty much everyone. And especially things where the deaths will be of children. So if I had to read one it would be that Games over the trilogy one…

I read “The Game of Fire and Ice” some time ago. Since I rarely watch TV I’ve never seen the series.
I’ve always felt that my need for fantasy was satisfied by watching congress…

I thought I was the only one! Nice to know I have company! As an adult, I have never owned a TV… seems silly when I have the interwebs…

I don’t own a TV either. 1000 channels on cable and nothing worth watching!

G of T isn’t part of my forte either. I may like the comics, but that’s where I stop at the non-living part of my life.
