I saw a video of a dog dropping a tennis ball into a running stream and then race downstream to catch the ball as it washed over rocks in the stream, and then do it over and over.
My golden would have been entertained for a few balls but would have walked away after that. Most of the fun of retrieving the balls was the scent of her human on the ball, the dance between us during the ball throwing, and the positive interaction between us for the ball’s return to me.

Challenge is when it snows… those balls will be lost.

Looks like one of the dogs ran off with and buried the colored ink set again.
(P.S. My dog has one of those made by “GODOGGO”. Works great.)

Half the fun is finding them in the snow

What an excellent idea! It’s a wonder no one came up with it before…
