Vicious dogs.

Dogs can smell about 100k better than a human, at least that what Alexa just told me :)

ah yes. good ol emissions testing. what a racket that is. should just make it for cars ,say, 10 years and older.

My car is 19 years old and I still passed the emission test! We used to pay but now we don’t! Waste of time….why bother?

If only dogs could really do that, and pass the knowledge on to their humans!

We don’t have emission testing in Michigan. I’m glad – one less bother.

Wondering how many other states don’t require it?

They need to test for loud exhausts.

I bought a used Dodge Challenger a few months ago. The previous owner had removed the catalytic converter and mufflers, then installed headers and a straight-through exhaust. Describing it as “loud” is conservative. The bad news is that it’s costing me several thousand dollars to return the exhaust system to stock (which I plan to do). The good news is that at least for now the geese run or fly away whenever I drive near them.

I reside in a retirement community. Interestingly, my neighbors like the car and don’t seem to mind the noise.

Their catalytic converter was probably stolen.
