Radio: It is a solemn moment here in Watts. The president carries a wreath, a wreath which honors the many brave men who fought in the Watts riots of 1965. The party is now approaching the burned-out storefront...the local drum corps plays a roll....and finally the president places the wreath on the tomb of the unknown innocent bystander.
