B.D.: Dear Phred: I've been following the War standings in the papers lately. America seems to be on top again over there. Too bad about losing all those battles. But if you think the V.C. are disorganized, you should see the Democrats. They're in worse shape than you. You know, I don't think it's too late for you to come on over to our side. A free society really is best and I think if you knew the real story you'd agree. I'm enclosing some literature on democracy.
