Dan Rather: Good evening. President Nixon and Soviet chief Brezhnev engaged in another round of vigorous talks today. It was later announced that they had reached agreement on a new bilateral penal reform program, with a mutual exchange of prisoners. Under the new accord, the U.S. will send the Soviets three black militants, four radical priests, and fifty assorted draft dodgers. In return, the U.S. will receive five poets, two ballet dancers, and a Nobel Prize laureate.
