Doctor: They were all totally incoherent. Zonker: Uh-oh...
According to Nixon, literally tons of pot were being smuggled into the US from Mexico in flashlights and lipstick tubes. How many tubes would be needed to move an amount of pot that would be worth the effort and risk?
Border guard: “Anything to declare?”
Would-be smuggler: “Just these 3 thousand lipstick tubes, and we had them when we entered Mexico.”
