Dan Rather: "Does everybody else do it?" We asked Melville Reese, noted critic and veteran Capitol Hill observer... Man: No, Dan, of course everybody doesn't do it! Many do, but their indiscretions are usually harmless enough, and they certainly don't involve the taxpayer! Besides, is it really any different in the private sector? I mean, how about you T.V. News stars, anyway? You know as well as I do from being on the road... Rather: Reese went on to make a totally irrelevant observation. We'll be back in a minute with "Point-Counterpoint."
