Voice from television: Governor Reagan, I wonder if you could tell us what your plans are for the immediate future... Ronald Reagan: Well, I intend to take a nice, long vacation at my ranch. Needless to say, it's been a long, hard campaign for both me and my family. We leave, of course, with profound gratitude to the many who helped - to those Americans who voted for me; to all my delegates, for keeping the faith; and especially to my staff, for their tireless devotion... Voice: Thank you, Gov... Reagan: ... and, of course, the Panamanians, for being such good sports!
