Man: Say, Doc, we sure were surprised to hear you went to the Human Rights Banquet last week! Barney: Yeah, we sure were! Henry Kissinger: Well, gentlemen, no reasonable person can be adverse to honoring those nations which respect human rights. It's the hysterical criticism of those which don't that is so counter productive! Dialogue between the U.S. and the Soviet Union must proceed in a calm, nonconfrontational way, so as not to provide accidental linkage between rights and arms limitations! Don't you all agree? Man: Um... is this a quiz? Kissinger: Yes. You have ten minutes.
