Mark: Okay, Mile, after you buy good running shoes, then what? Man: You head for a park, a beach, a country lane! You're about to become... a jogger! Okay, Mr. Jogger, what can you expect your first time out? Well, to begin with, you'll probably get cramps in your chest and sides... ignore them! After your first mile, you'll probably want to concentrate on the pain in your legs! A little further, and you'll sweat profusely as your vision blurs! Do you stop? No! Mark: No? Man; Suddenly you being to vomit! Pay it no mind!
I felt this way walking once. I guess three hours along a NJ state highway will do that.
