Man: Should I tell them everything? Man: Helms didn't. Man: Yes, sir, I take all responsibility! Man: Atta boy! Voice: And so, Mr. Kim, in effect, you helped mr. park obtain financing for the exclusive Georgetown Club? Man: That is correct, Mr. Chairman... Mr. Park had assured my government that the Club would be most useful in influencing American official, especially to get aid for Korea! Voice: Useful in what sense? For entertaining them at parties and shows? Man: Correct again, sir! Mr. Park hosted numerous soirees at the Club! Once he threw a big aprty for majority leader, Tip O'Neill! Numerous dignitaries attended... representatives, Senators, justices, even the President! Voice: A party for Tip O'Neill? Man: Yes, sir. Most of official Washington attended. It was the party of the year! Voice: Um... you don't recall why I wasn't invited, do you? Not that I would have gone... Man: You were known to be too honest, sir.
