Mrs. Davenport, after 20 months of inquiry, your investigation has produced evidence that some 35 members of Congress took money from a Korean agent. And yet no disciplinary action of any kind has been initiated! Wouldn't you say that the committee's failure to act constitutes an edorsement of corruption among its own?
