And what an extraordinary turn of events we've witnessed here tonight as delegate dissatisfaction with Jimmy Carter has led to the almost certain nomination of Edmund Muskie! And so, with the former Senator from Maine now on his way to the hall, the convention seems all but unanimous in its support for the party's new... no.. Wait a minute! We've just received word it's Carter after all!
