After an exhaustive search of our records and files, we have been able to find nothing beyond seven State Department cables pertaining to Billy Carter's 1978 trip to Libya. These seven declassified cables are the only reports on Billy's activities in Libya that the White House ever... ever... uh.. wait a minute. I found another one. Voice: Oh, good. Any surprises?
