Ronald Reagan: Let's face it, Vietnam was a noble cause. Mark: Huh? Reagan: So was the overthrow of Allende, the support of the Shah, the bombing of Cambodia, Kent State... Mark: My God. He's doing it again. Reagan: My friends, it is clear there is a new majority that is mad as hell. These people are sick and tired of the global Communist conspiracy to dominate the world. Mark: Not me. I'm sick and tired of people who are mad as hell. B.D: Sure, but without us, it's four more years of appeasement! Mark: Uh-oh, the beast stirs. Mike: Now you've done it. B.D: What Reagan's saying makes a hell of a lot of sense, and you know it! You've got to draw the line somewhere! It's time to give interventionism a fair shake! I'm just glad that Reagan has had the gut to bring back the international Communist conspiracy. At last we have a leader who see things as they are! Mike: B.D, that's complete nonsense... China and Russia are deadly enemies. China invaded Vietnam, Vietnam invaded Cambodia, Russia invaded Afghanistan. The only countries Communists have been invading lately are Communist! B.D: Of course, dummy! They invade each other to stay in shape! Mark: That's what makes them so tough. Mike: Oh.
