Ed Meese: Why, Frank, how nice of you to drop by! Frank Sinatra: Don't give me that, Meese. How come I can't get in the see Ron? Meese: We just got here, Frank. The President's been very busy. Sinatra: I wouldn't have anything to do with all that dirt in the papers about my "ties" with the Mafia, would it? Meese: Of course not, Frank. Nobody here believes a word of it. Sinatra: I hope not, Ed. Because I worked my tail off for Ronnie, and I don't appreciate the brush-off I've been getting! Man: Want me to break his legs, boss? Meese: Who's this? Sinatra: Uh... an associate. He's just kidding around.
