Listen to some of Watt's proposals: "Restore mountaintop mining, expand offshore oil drilling, ease strip-mining and air-pollution standards, open federal lands to oil and mineral development." This guy's the best thing since J.R! What a time to be in the energy biz, eh honey? Woman: But dear, don't you think all that's very short-sighted? Man: Helly, yes. But the man believes Jesus is due any minute! Who am I to say he's wrong? Woman: But with the relaxed controls, what's to keep your companies from spoiling the lands and fouling the air and water for whatever time we have left?
