Duke: Try to keep the questions brief, Lieutenant. The boy's been through a terrible ordeal. Man: Mr. Brenner, what happened at Mr. Duke's house tonight? Zeke: I just dropped by to pick up my stereo. I was walking through the den when suddenly, without warning, Duke opens fire! Man: I see. Then what? Zeke: Then he stumbles downstairs, turns on the light, and sees it's me! Duke: I was shocked, of course. Man: What'd he say? Zeke: "Give me one good reason why I shouldn't finish you off." Duke: It was three o'clock in the morning, for God's sake!
