I had no idea the preppy problem had gotten so out of hand... Mark: The Governor's doing the right thing. Statewide spraying is the only solution. Mike: "Other proposals, such as reforming the inheritance tax laws or shutting down selected boarding schools, were rejected as too limited to impact on preppy populations. Sterilizing male preps was also viewed as unacceptable." Zonker: Why? Mark: Too expensive. They'd all want specialists.
