Lacey: I'm just delighted your young man doesn't mind my borrowing you for a few weeks, dear. It's so dreary campaigning by oneself. Joanie: I'm pleased too, Lacey. It's nice to get out of Washington for awhile. Lacey: I'll want you to stay at our house, of course, and you can use the library as your office. Basically, your responsibilities will be to schedule a few appearances and arrange a small media campaign. That's about all you'd really have to do. Joanie: What about recruiting canvassers? Lacey: Hmm...too late for that. We might have to use the servants again.
