Man: Look at this, another shrapnel infection. It's not enough that the government is starving these people! Jimmy: Poor kid. Where are her parents? Man: They were "resettled" on a state farm in the south. Mengistu is trying to move a million people out of rebel-controlled provinces this year. In the U.s., it'd be the equivalent of shutting down Massachusetts and moving the entire population to Florida. Jimmy: Good thing Nixon never thought of that. Man: He probably did, but he's against forced busing.
