Man: Oh, well, that's different. Lemme see, a two-bedroom garden apartment for $350....gosh, we're fresh out! Mike: Well, what do you have? Man: How about a rat hole? We have a couple of rat holes available. Mike: Um...I'll have to talk to my wife.
