Man: Okay, the dorr's stuck, but I think that's the den. Okay, the stairs are blocked but take my word for it, there's a fully appointed bathroom up there! Basically, what we have here is the perfect fixer-upper, and in a neighborhood that's still undiscovered! You kids would be getting in on the ground floor. You'd be putting down roots in an area of New York that's still primitive and unspoiled. Mike: I don't like the sound of that... J.J.: C'mon, Michael, he just means it hasn't become infested with cookie boutiques yet. Man: That's right, Mr. Doonesbury. You'd be authentic homesteaders, carving a new life for yourselves in a community others have given up on! J.J.: And you're sure we're not too late? Man: Positive. All you need is a little imagination!
