Eliot Abrams: ...And we expect to be making the final cuts for the new contra leadership any day now. Lacey: Any day now, Mr. Secretary? Eliot: As soon as we can test them for drugs. ...And this panel has my full assurances taht the new contra leaders will all be sensitive, caring democrats! Lacey: With all due respect, secretary Abrams, your assurances count for very little these days. You have misrepresented your little army of thugs for far too long! You seem bright enough, sir. How is it you came to devote six years of your life to decdeodorizing the permanently smelly? Eliot: Congresswoman, I strongly resent that characterization of the future founding fathers of a free Nicaragua! Even as we speak, the re-equipped freedom fighters are sweeping through the countryside ina series of bold, coordinated actions! Man: I got one! I got a communist! Other man: Maybe two. She looks pregnant.
