Feather/Quayle: As I said during the '88 debates, if Mr. Bush were unable to perform his duties...if, for example, he were dead...I'd be ready! And today I'm even readier than I was then. I've been boning up, reading stuff. Not that I'm a grind. I'm not. I also go to a lot of movies. But I'm ready. Reporter: Sir, what would be your first act in office if something were to happen to Mr. Bush in Colombia? Feather/Quayle: Well, I guess I'd invade Colombia. Reporter: You'd invade? Feather/Quayle: Well, not me personally. But I'd be in charge!
