Mr. Butts: You know, one of my favorite spots to come to be alone with my thoughts is the old Kuwaiti parliament building! Talk about a peaceful setting! The EMIR disbanded the parliament a few years back, but the times are a'-changing', and now laborers are working around the clock so democracy will have a place to hang it's hat, right, Chief? Man: Allah willing, yes. Mr. Butts: And when does the government expect to have the place all spruced up? Man: Allah willing, 2005. Mr. Butts: Whoa! What's the holdup, carpet stains?
It did not happen by today.
