Mark: Coming up, some choice words! Mi, mi, mi...ahem! As we head into a new supreme court season, a few words, if I may, about its newest member. Clarence Thomas, under oath told the U.S. Senate that he had no views, no opinions whatsoever about Roe v. Wade...even though he expressed views on dozens of other cases. He doggedly insisted that when it came to abortion, the most politically sensitive issue of our times, he was an empty vessel! Thomas's assertion stretches credibility to the breaking point, common sense tells us what no committee member dared observe...that judge Thomas was not telling the truth! He lied about the state of his mind, which is to say he committed perjury, a felony! Is it too soon to talk impeachment? Character: Heck no! This is talk radio!
He really should have been rejected because of the Anita Hill thing. Did you know she was just one of a number of women making similar claims? I didn’t, and it would have changed my opinion if I had.
