Graduate: (A big day for me, a big day for ...the competition.) President King: And finally, a few words about your parents... Students: Yeaaa! President King: Thanks to them and their generation, you've been privileged to grow up in an era of total societal dysfunction. Students: (Huh?) (What?) President King: With their self-absorption, their promiscuity, their drugs, their divorces, and their insatiable consumption, your parents sought to satisfy their "needs" without giving a thought to those of the generation they were raising! Then they shipped you off to college! College, where you were expected to prepare for your trashed futures.... Students: Booo! Booo, parents! President King: (Uh-oh...) Students: Booooooo! President King: On the other hand, they paid for it. Students: Yeaaaa! Thanks, Mom! Dad! Over here!
