This is Roland Hedley at the White House...The mood was ebullient here today as President Clinton continued to enjoy the remarkable turnaround in his political fortunes...With the public's interest in Whitewater rapidly waning, Capitol Hill insiders were marveling over the President's resurgent political strength...so complete is Mr. Clinton's comeback that his healthcare once doomesd, now seems virtually assured of passage!
